At the inception of Main Street, Eufaula's downtown storefronts were 60% occupied in 2001. Two years later 80% occupied and today remains in low 90's but will change soon because of a tremendous rehabilitation of the Bluff City Inn. With over 700 structures on the Historic Register Eufaula is unique to most small towns with a "step back in time" vibe all with the up-to-date boutiques, vintage markets and award winning restaurants. Take selfies with Manny the 12 1/2 foot bass, Leroy Brown a one of a kind memorial to the "baddest fish in town", bring the kids to cool off in the free splash pad, enjoy a walk on the Yohollo Mico trail or shop til you drop and eat a bite of dinner amongst the beautifully lit Oaks that line the median all throughout downtown.
