Leeds Historical Society Celebrates 138th Birthday

138 years young? Looking good Leeds! The Leeds Historical Society Museum recently gathered with more than 60 attendees to honor the city's 1887 incorporation through a program including museum displays, refreshments, and all-around community fellowship. We were thrilled to hear Leeds Main Street was one of the partners recognized for its contributions during the event.

McDaniel Named New Main Street Enterprise Director

Enterprise has a new Main Street director! Lily McDaniel was recently announced as the executive director of the organization. Not only does she have a degree in hospitality, sport, and tourism management from Troy University, she also served the local entity as an intern in 2023 and 2024, including key roles in its event planning. We welcome Lily and are thrilled to work with her!
